Overview
This Introduction to CMMI® three-day course
introduces participants to the CMM-Integration model and its
fundamental concepts. CMMI models are tools that help
organizations improve their ability to develop and maintain
quality products and services. The course is composed of
lectures and class exercises with ample opportunity for
participant questions and discussions.

Course Instructor - Gail Borotto
Gail Borotto
has been a CMM and CMMI instructor for over 15 years.
While providing the standard SEI CMMI required
training, Gail includes practical experience in applying the
CMMI-DEV and specific consequences of not using models to help
guide system development efforts.
A process assessor, quality auditor and support in
developing and analyzing PIIDs for appraisal preparation, Gail
has consulted and supported business and system process
improvement efforts for over 20 years.
Gail has also taught at
Rider
University as an adjunct
professor and presented in the SEPG 2007 and 2009.
