WHAT IS FACILITATION?
Facilitation is a process of enabling groups to effectively
and collaboratively work together in order to accomplish a
goal. The practice of facilitation is often best carried out
by an unbiased third-party who has strong knowledge and skills
regarding group dynamics and group process. Effective facilitation
might also require strong knowledge and skills about a particular
topic or content that the group is addressing in order to
reach its goals.
HOW WE CAN
HELP
Great workshops, meetings, and training programs don't just
happen. They involve quality preparation, process, and facilitation.
At TEAMCATAPULT
we bring a structured facilitative approach to most of our
work. We recognize that the answers lie within an organizations
employees and our task is to bring out these ideas to help

to arrive at a result that is created, understood and accepted
by key stakeholders who will ultimately be the champions of
the results. Our process enables us to move our clients from
where they are to where they want to be.
TeamCatapult is focused on outcomes. We measure our success
on the improvements that organizations and teams achieve through
our facilitation. TEAMCATAPULT
brings objectivity, provides a safe environment and develops
a customized process to address your facilitation goals.
THE RESULTS
Facilitation is particularly valuable when a problem arises
and the solution isn't clear or can't be agreed upon, and
buy-in is needed to ensure successful resolution. Many times
defining the proper solution requires a deeper understanding
and analysis of the situation and requires a change in behavior.
Without the behavior change, even the best solution will fail.
The likelihood of success is far greater when a solid cross-section
of an organization participates in developing the solution.
Facilitation
can benefit any situation where a group of people are coming
together to make decisions, address problems or set direction.
