Organizational transformation is the action an organization
undergoes to change the way it fundamentally operates - impacting
the interrelated dimensions of people, process and technology
systems. At the heart of the change lie the change problems,
that is, some future state to be realized, some current state
to be left behind, and a structured, organized process for
