specific outcomes. The goal is to educate and involve members
of the organization in the vision for the future. With time,

embedded within the organization's decision-making process,
and participants learn to think strategically as part of their
regular daily activities. We tailor our standard approach
to strategic planning to target the unique needs of the following

need to be GPRA compliant.

STRATEGIC
PLANNING PACKAGES
Our Strategic Planning Packages are designed to meet three
different levels of planning needs for organizations.
The Comprehensive Plan is thorough approach to the creation
of your strategic plan. It includes an assessment of the organizations
environmental factors and communication styles. During the
workshops we will take your team from the Vision all the way
down to the action plans.
The Standard Plan is a streamlined version of our Comprehensive
Plan but requires your team to own more of the detailed action
plan development. It includes a two day workshop and a half-day
follow-up meeting in six months.
Our Quick Plan is targeted towards organizations that already
have a solid plan in place, but may need a focused day off-site
to review and validate their goals and objectives. This goal
of this workshop is to create an outline that the group will
be committed to expanding and executing.
